Ingredients


2 cup of milk
2 whole eggs
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoon of baking powered
1 teaspoon of Lecithin powered
1 teaspoon of Xantam Gum
1/2 cup of Walnut
1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips

Walnut and chocolate chip muffin


Preparation

Put all the dry ingredients in one bowl, then beat the eggs with the liquid ingredients and poor into the dry ingredients, to not over mix fill out the muffin paper cup 1/3 below the top, and bake at 325 F. for 30 minutes.
