Baked Mascarpone

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix mascarpone cheese with cream, orange zest, vanilla, salt, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Pour into ramekins.

Bake at 275°F for 2.5 hours. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until set.

Serve chilled with warm melted dark chocolate drizzled on top.
