Walnut Muffins

Light and nutty muffins with chocolate chips

Preparation

In one bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and vegetable oil. Combine the wet mixture with the dry mixture and stir until just combined—do not overmix.

Fill muffin paper cups about 2/3 full and bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (163°C) for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
