1 liter of heavy cream
4 ounces of whole milk
1 cup of sugar
10 yolks
2 whole eggs
vanilla bean
lemon zest
2 ounces of fresh strawberries

Lemon strawberries brulee


Put the heavy cream and milk in a bowl add the sugar, zest of lemon, the vanilla beans and stir in the yolks first than the whole eggs, as the egg are incorporate into the milk, poor evenly the liquid mixture in your ramekin dish, bake in warm oven at 265 F. for one hour and thirty minutes. As the baking time is pass remove the bake cream out of the oven and chilled. For serving it topped with fresh thin sliced strawberries, dusted the top with some granulated sugar or raw sugar and torch it.
