1 thick sliced of yellow jumbo onions
1 each white summer peach
1 each vine ripe tomato
sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper
1 table spoon of white balsamic vinegar
1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 ounce of baby mixed green

White balsamic marinated grilled onions with summer peach, tomatoes and mixed green salad


Start by grilled the thick sliced yellow jumbo onions, then let rest until rich room temperature, poor over the spoon of white balsamic vinegar, and let marinated for 10 minutes, then in a bowl cut the peach in thin wedges as the same as the tomato, seasoned with sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper, add the olive oil, tossed, in a ring place the onion at the bottom then the tossed peach and tomatoes, follow it with the mixed green lettuce also light tossed with salt and olive oil, remove the ring, serve.
