Chicken consomme' with vegetables


Peeled the jumbo carrots and cut it in fine julienne with a help of a mandoline cutter, for the green zucchini julienne also only the green part of the zucchini, the center can be used for other stocks. In a large casserole bring the chicken consomme' to soft boil, add the fresh cut it green zucchini and carrots into the liquid and a then serving in a large bowl; the julienne cuts can be lightly seasoned with sea salt just before to put it into the consomme'.
